Amendment of the National Council for Education and Training for Wales (Transfer of Functions to the National Assembly for Wales and Abolition) Order 2005

31. For paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 of the National Council for Education and Training for Wales (Transfer of Functions to the National Assembly and Abolition) Order 2005(1), substitute—
“The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006
2. In regulation 53(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, in paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition of “full-time course of study” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”.
The Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006
3. In regulation 43(1) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006, in paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition of “full-time course of study” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”.”
