Suffolk Primary Care Trust

The statutory instrument establishing the Cherwell Vale Primary Care Trust (S.I. 2001/491, as amended by 2002/1405 and 2004/543) defines this area in the county of Oxfordshire by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area. In the district of Cherwell, these were: Adderbury, Bloxham, Bodicote, Calthorpe, Cropredy, Deddington, Easington, Grimsbury, Hardwick, Heyford, Hook Norton, Hornton, Neithrop, Ruscote, Sibford, Steeple Aston, Wroxton. These wards were listed in the District of Cherwell (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1978 (S.I. 1978/1473) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of Cherwell (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/4065). In the district of West Oxfordshire, the old wards were: Ascott and Shipton, Bartons, Chadlington, Chipping Norton, Enstone, Kingham, Milton-under-Wychwood and Rollright. These wards were listed in the District of West Oxfordshire (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1977 (S.I. 1977/681) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of West Oxfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 (S.I. 2002/48).

The statutory instrument establishing the Poole Primary Care Trust (S.I. 2002/727, as amended by S.I. 2002/1405) defines the area of the county of Poole by reference to the wards which at that time constituted the county (Alderney, Bourne Valley, Broadstone, Canford Cliffs, Canford Heath, Canford Magna, Creekmoor, Hamworthy, Harbour, Newtown, Oakdale, Parkstone, Penn Hill). These wards were listed in the Borough of Poole (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1979/1347 (as amended by S.I. 1995/1771) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the Borough of Poole (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2887).

S.I. 2002/727 defines this area in the county of Bournemouth by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (the ward of Westbourne and the ward of Westcliff). These wards were listed in the Borough of Bournemouth (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1978 (S.I. 1978/1813) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the Borough of Bournemouth (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/1783).

S.I. 2002/727 defines this area in the district of East Dorset by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (Corfe Mullen Central, Corfe Mullen North, Corfe Mullen South, Sturminster Marshall). These wards were listed in the District of Wimbourne (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1980 (S.I. 1980/1128) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of East Dorset (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2238).

The statutory instrument establishing the Preston Primary Care Trust (S.I. 2001/3491, as amended by S.I. 2002/1405) defines the area of the district of Preston by reference to the wards which previously constituted the district (Ashton, Avenham, Brookfield, Cadley, Central, Deepdale, Fishwick, Greyfriars, Ingol, Larches, Moor Park, Preston Rural East, Preston Rural West, Ribbleton, Riversway, St Matthews, Sharoe Green, Sherwood, Tulketh). These wards were listed in the Borough of Preston (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1989/861 and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the Borough of Preston (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/2472).

S.I. 2001/3491 defines this area in the district of Ribble Valley by reference to the wards which previously constituted the area (Alston, Chipping, Dilworth, Ribchester). These wards were listed in the Borough of Ribble Valley (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1976 (S.I. 1976/161) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the Borough of Ribble Valley (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/2429).

The statutory instrument establishing the South Peterborough Primary Care Trust (S.I. 2000/284, as amended by S.I. 2000/876, 2002/1405 and 2004/543) describes this area in the county of Cambridgeshire by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (Whittlesey Bassenhally, Whittlesey Central, Whittlesey East, Whittlesey Kingsmoor, Whittlesey South, Whittlesey West). These wards were listed in the District of Fenland (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1976 (S.I. 1975/401) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of Fenalnd (Electoral Changes) Order 2002/2595.

S.I. 2000/284 describes this area in the district of Huntingdonshire by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (Elton, Yaxley, Farcet, Stilton). These wards were listed in the District of Huntingdon (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1975 (S.I. 1975/2088) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of Huntingdonshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2002/2984.

S.I. 2000/284 describes this area in the county of Peterborough by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (Barnack, Eye, Fletton, Glinton, Newborough, Northborough, Orton Longueville, Orton Waterville, Stanground, Thorney, Wittering, Peterborough South). Most of these wards were listed in the City of Peterborough (Parishes and Electoral Changes) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/777) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the City of Peterborough (Electoral Changes) Order 2003/161.

The statutory instrument establishing the Waveney Primary Care Trust (S.I. 2000/2689, as amended by S.I. 2001/4116, 2002/1405 and 2004/543) defines this area of the district of Waveney by reference to the wards which at that time constituted the district (Beccles Town, Beccles Worlingham, Blything, Bungay, Carlton, Carlton Colville, Gunton, Halesworth, Harbour, Kesingland, Kirkley, Lothingland, Mutford, Normanston, Oulton Broad, Pakefield, St.Margarets, South Elmham, Southwold, Wainford, Whitton). These wards were listed in the District of Waveney (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1980 (S.I. 1980/795) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of Waveney (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/3889).

S.I. 2000/2689 describes this area in the district of South Norfolk by reference to the wards which at that time covered the area (Ditchingham, Marshland, Waveney). The first two of these wards were listed in the District of South Norfolk (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1977 (S.I. 1977/237) and were abolished by, and replaced by the wards listed in, the District of South Norfolk (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/3218).
