2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Code of Practice on Rights of Access: services to the public, public authority functions, private clubs and premises(1) is 4th December 2006.
(2) Paragraph (1) has effect subject to the provisions of article 3.
