Amendment of section 35E of the Act

58.  In subsection (3) of section 35E(1) (provisions supplementary to section 35D), for paragraph (b) substitute the following paragraph—

“(b) sections 31A, 35C, 35CC and 35D above, this section and section 39 below shall continue to apply to him.”.

Second article amending section 41A of the Act

59.  In subsection (12) of section 41A(2) (interim orders), for “35C to 35E” substitute “31A, 35C to 35E and 39”.
