PART 2 Abolition of limited registration etc.

First article amending Schedule 3A to the Act

18.  In paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3A(1) (registration appeals)—

(a) omit paragraphs (i) to (k); and

(b) in paragraph (l), omit “or (2)”.
