Revocation

3.—(1) The Education (Pupil Registration) Regulations 1995(1) and the Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1997(2) are revoked to the extent that they apply in relation to schools in England.

(2) The Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001(3) are revoked.
