Note: The abbreviations of, and symbols for, units of measurement used in these Regulations refer to the relevant units as follows— Imperial system: pint pt Metric system: millilitre ml litre 1 Note: Imperial measures shall only be used for measuring draft beer and cider. Note: Metric measures shall be used for all other measurements with further limitations for measuring intoxicating liquor*. For limitations in respect of specific uses references should be made to the Weights and Measures (Intoxicating Liquor) Order 1988(1).
