7. In relation to admission to a scheme—
(a)a minimum or maximum age for admission, including different ages for admission for different groups or categories of worker;
(b)a minimum level of pensionable pay for admission, provided that such a minimum is not above the lower earnings limit referred to in section 5(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992(1).
