In Schedule 7 (breach, revocation and amendment of supervision orders)—
a
in paragraph 1(1)(a) and (1)(b), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”; and
b
in paragraph 10, for “justices' chief executive” (in the second place) substitute “designated officer” and for subparagraph (e) substitute—
e
where a local justice area named in the order or revoked order in pursuance of section 63(6) of this Act is not that in which the court acts, to the designated officer for the local justice area so named;
