In section 63 (supervision orders)—
a
in subsection (6)(a), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”; and
b
in subsection (8), for “justices' chief executive” (in the second place) substitute “designated officer” and for paragraph (e) substitute—
e
where a local justice area named in the order in pursuance of subsection (6) above is not that in which the court acts, to the designated officer for the local justice area so named;
