1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Gibraltar) Order 2005 and shall come into force on such date as the Governor of Gibraltar may appoint by proclamation published in the Gazette of Gibraltar.
2. The provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto shall extend to Gibraltar subject to the modifications specified in Parts II and III of that Schedule.
3. The Copyright (Gibraltar) Order 1960(1) and the Copyright (Gibraltar) (Amendment) Order 1985(2) are revoked.
