These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 11th April 2005.

In these Regulations “the Claims and Payments Regulations” means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 19877.
