The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2005

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 7A of Schedule 2 to the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 19871, paragraph 6(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Finance Act 19882, sections 24(2)(c) and (d) and 30(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 19913, sections 5(1)(a) and (p), 189(1), (4) and (5) and 191 of the Social Security Administration Act 19924 and sections 14(3), 113(1) and (2) and 116 of, and paragraphs 1 and 6(1) and (2)(b) of Schedule 4 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19925 and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it6, hereby makes the following Regulations:
