The Secretary of State for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 13(3) of the Social Security Act 19881, 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19922, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
