3. Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (variation fees) is amended as follows—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “£792” substitute “£1,188”;
(b)in paragraph (2), for “£432” substitute “£648”; and
(c)in paragraph (3), for “£72” substitute “£108”.
