1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection (Fees and Frequency of Inspections) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection (Fees and Frequency of Inspection) Regulations 2004(1).
