Family Proceedings Courts (Constitution) (Greater London) Rules 2003106I1222
In rule 4, for paragraphs (1) to (3) substitute the following paragraphs:

There shall be one panel for Greater London formed of justices nominated from time to time by the Lord Chancellor in accordance with these Rules.
3
Justices who form the first panel after 1st April 2005 shall serve for a term of three years commencing on 1st January in the year following the expiry of the term of the previous panel.
