Prescription of relevant registers

2. For the purposes of section 61(2)(b) of the Act, a relevant register is—
(a)the register maintained by the Scottish Social Services Council, under section 44 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001(1), in so far as that register relates to social workers(2); and
(b)the register maintained by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council under section 3 of the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 2001(3), in so far as that register relates to social workers(4).
