13. A112 from its junction with Lea Valley Road and Kings Head Hill (A110) to its junction with Pier Road (A117) including the roundabout at its intersection with Southend Road (A406), but excluding—
(a)Connaught Bridge (A1020) and Chobham Road (A112) (from its eastern junction with Major Road to its junction with Leytonstone Road (A11));
(b)Prince Regent Lane—
(i)(north arm) between its junction with Newham Way (A13) and a point 85m north of that junction; and
(ii)(south arm) between its junction with Newham Way (A13) and a point 80m south of that junction;
(c)its intersection with Newham Way (A13); and
(d)Albert Road between its junction with Pier Road and a point 2m east of the eastern kerbline of Store Road.
