2.—(1) 1st April 2005 is the day appointed for the coming into force of —
(a)section 190 (abolition of the Public Health Laboratory Service Board) of the Act;
(b)section 196 (repeals and revocations), insofar as it relates to Part 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act; and
(c)section 85 (criteria) of the Act in so far as it is not already in force.
