Content of order15.7

Where a judge makes an order under section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 or section 31(4), (6) or (7) of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996, the order shall so far as practicable express the matters required to be done thereunder by reference to the relevant provisions of section 9(4) or, as the case may be, (5) of the 1987 Act or section 31(4) or, as the case may be, (6) or (7) of the 1996 Act.
