The Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons have made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) Regulations 2005 set out in the Schedule to this Order under section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966(1):
Under section 25(1) of that Act, those Regulations do not have effect unless approved by Order of the Privy Council:
Their Lordships, having taken these Regulations into consideration, in exercise of the power conferred by sections 25(1) and (2), order as follows:
