PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

This Order continues in force for a further period of twelve months the provisions of Part VII of the Terrorism Act 2000 (which extend to Northern Ireland only) with the exception of the following provisions:section 100, which has not been brought into force;sections 67(3) and (4), 70 and 71, which by virtue of this Order shall cease to have effect on 19th February 2005;section 76;section 97(1) and (2);section 97(3);paragraph 36 of Schedule 4;paragraph 19 to 21 of Schedule 5.
