This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1^st January 2006.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), this Order extends to England and Wales only.

This article and articles 3 and 5 extend also to Scotland.

This article and articles 4, 5 and 6 extend also to Northern Ireland.
