2. The existing High Peak Coroner’s District and Scarsdale Coroner’s District, as set out in the Schedule to the Derbyshire (Coroner’s Districts) Order 1974(1) (“the 1974 Order”), shall be amalgamated to form a single Coroner’s District called The North Derbyshire Coroner’s District.
