Amendment to Schedule 4 to the Act

4.  In Schedule 4 to the Act:

(a) insert in the appropriate place in alphabetical order:

• “Asylum Support Adjudicators established under section 102 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.”.

(b) delete the entries relating to the following:

• Meat Hygiene Appeals Tribunal

• Misuse of Drugs Advisory Body

• Misuse of Drugs Professional Panel

• Misuse of Drugs Tribunal.
