3.—(1) The Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 2001 M1 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 4 (revision of decisions) in paragraph (10) for “was made” substitute “ had effect ”.
(3) In regulation 5 (late application for a revision), in paragraph (3)(b) before “be made” insert “ subject to regulation 4(4), ”.
(4) In regulation 23 (procedure in connection with appeals), in paragraph (1) for “Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2004 M2” substitute “ Social Security, Child Support and Tax Credits (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005 M3 ”.
