2. Where the contractor provides a charge exempt course of treatment, the contractor provides the number of units of dental activity specified in the appropriate row of Table B.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
