HOUSING, ENGLAND

This Order brings the following provisions of the Housing Act 2004 into force in England on 17th February 2005—section 220 (which extends the powers of the Housing Corporation to give grants to persons other than registered social landlords);section 221 (which is related to section 220 and which extends the right to acquire in relation to a dwelling provided by means of a grant to a person other than a registered social landlord);section 227 (which removes the duty on local housing authorities to send annual reports to tenants).
