Non-automatic weighing instruments

28.—(1) These Regulations do not apply to non-automatic weighing instruments as regards the immunity thereof.
(2) In this regulation, “non-automatic weighing instrument” has the meaning given by the second indent of Article 1.1 read in conjunction with Article 1.2(a) of Council Directive 90/384/EEC on the harmonisation of the laws of the member States relating to non-automatic weighing instruments (1).
