Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (Commencement No.2) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Disability Discrimination Act 2005;
“the 1995 Act” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1).
