The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 56(2) and (4) and section 67(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1995 c. 50. Section 56 of the 1995 Act was substituted by section 17 of the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (c. 13) (“the 2005 Act”) and section 67(3) of the 1995 Act was amended by paragraphs 1, 33(1) and (3) of Schedule 1 to the 2005 Act.
