The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 75 and 102(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 4 and 6 of Part III of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) and Article 2 of the Civil Aviation Act (Application to Crown Aircraft) Order 1959(2), hereby makes the following Regulations:
