The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1 and 6(1) and (3) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, with the concurrence of Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

1973 c. 63; section 1 was substituted by section 1 of the Government Trading Act 1990 (c. 30) (“the 1990 Act”); section 6(1) was substituted by, and section 6(3) was amended by, section 2(3) of the 1990 Act.
