CHAPTER 3Quantification of claims
Admission or rejection of proofs64

Unless he has already dealt with them, within 7 days of the last date for proving, the energy administrator shall—
a
admit or reject proofs submitted to him; or
b
make such provision in respect of them as he thinks fit.

The energy administrator is not obliged to deal with proofs lodged after the last date for proving, but he may do so, if he thinks fit.

In the declaration of a dividend no payment shall be made more than once by virtue of the same debt.
