1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.
(2) Regulation 2 shall not have effect in relation to an application for a registration certificate under regulation 8 of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004 M1 made before 1st October 2005.
