3. Where a decision has been made before 30th September 2005 on an application for the grant of a standard or restricted licence under section 14(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981(1), the fee prescribed in the principal Regulations immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations applies notwithstanding that the period of 21 days within which it is payable has not expired before that date.
Section 14 was amended by the 1994 Act, sections 59, 68 and Schedule 14, paragraph 2 and by the 1985 Act, section 3(5) and Schedule 2, Part II, paragraph 4(5).
