The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 108(3) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005(1) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation E+W

1.  This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005.

Provisions coming into force on 1st July 2005 E+W

2.  Section 32 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (sale of aerosol paint to children) shall come into force on 1st July 2005.

Explanatory Note
