Amendment of section 230 of the Finance Act 1994

3.—(1) Section 230(1) of the Finance Act 1994(1) (interpretation of Chapter 5 of Part 4) is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “premium trust fund” for “section 10.3 of the Lloyd’s Sourcebook” substitute “section 17.7 of the Lloyd’s Sourcebook”.
