The Environment Act 19955 is amended as follows.

In section 56(1) in the definition of “environmental licence” which applies in the application of Part 1 of that Act in relation to the Environment Agency, in paragraph (j) after “in respect of”, insert “an activity which requires notification under regulation 18AA of those Regulations or”.
