1. In regulation 11(5) of the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990(1) (disqualification for appointment of chairman and non-executive directors) after sub-paragraph (f), insert –
“(g)the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.”.
