5. Before the court-martial makes a supervision order, the judge advocate shall explain to the supervised person in ordinary language—
(a)the effect of the order (including any requirements proposed to be included in the order in accordance with regulations 8, 9 or 11 below); and
(b)that, in accordance with regulation 12 below, either a magistrates' court or judicial officer has power under regulations 13 to 15 below to review the order on the application either of the supervised person or of the supervising officer.
