1.  This Order may be cited as the A21 Trunk Road (Lamberhurst) (Derestriction) Order 200 and shall come into force on 23rd March 2005.

2.  The lengths of the new trunk road and trunk road specified in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be restricted roads for the purposes of section 81 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

3.  In this Order—

“the new trunk road” means the new trunk road near Lamberhurst in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent being constructed in pursuance of the A21 Trunk Road (Lamberhurst Bypass) Order 1976(1);

“the trunk road” means the A21 Trunk Road at Lamberhurst in the said Borough and County.
