Amendment to regulation 12 of the principal Regulations4
In regulation 12 of the principal Regulations (objections to suspensions, revocations etc.)—
a
in paragraph (1), for “or be or” substitute “or to”;
b
in paragraph (9), insert, at the beginning of the paragraph, “Subject to paragraph (11),”; and
c
in paragraph (11), for “Paragraph (10)” substitute “Paragraphs (9) and (10)”.
