24. In regulation 5 of Part III of the Stratified Ironstone, Shale and Fireclay Mines (Explosives) Regulations 1956(1) (storage, issue and conveyance of explosives and detonators), for the words from “workshop” to the end, substitute “suitable place appointed for that purpose by the manager of the mine”.
