The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by paragraphs 13 and 14 of Schedule 4 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1995 c. 50. Part 3 of Schedule 4 was inserted by section 31(2) and Schedule 6 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (2001 c. 10) .For the meaning of “regulations” see section 68.
