Penalties
6. In regulation 10 (Penalties) of the principal Regulations:
(a)in paragraph (l)(a) for “regulation 3, 6, or 9” there shall be substituted “regulation 3, 5 or 9”, and
(b)paragraph l(b) shall be deleted.
