3.—(1) The provisions of the 2003 Act listed in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 1st May 2004.
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are—
(a)section 299 and Schedule 30 (disqualification from working with children); and
(b)sections 322 and 323 (individual support orders).
