The Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers' Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1), (2) and (4) and 7 of the Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers' Compensation) Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations, of which a draft has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
