National Health Service (Existing Liabilities Scheme) Regulations 1996

21.  In regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Existing Liabilities Scheme) Regulations 1996(1) (eligible bodies)—

(a) in paragraph (a)(iii) “or” is omitted; and

(b) after paragraph (a)(iii) there is inserted—

“(iiia) an NHS foundation trust, or”.
